Payment and Prices
1.1
In respect of your order that is made, an invoice will be issued. This invoice will include the cost of the products and also the cost of the carriage.
1.2
We accept all major credit and debit cards to pay for your order. You can use our online secure server. All payments will be made in pounds sterling (GBP).
When using your credit or debit card you undertake that the information you give is correct and there is sufficient credit available to meet the full cost of your order. Furthermore you undertake that you are using your own funds when purchasing your products from us.
1.3
The total cost of your order including carriage must be made in full before your order is dispatched.
1.4
We may not have the item you have ordered. In this case we will e-mail you offering you an alternative product. We will endeavour to source the missing item/items. Should an alternative product not be suitable you will have the opportunity to accept an alternative item or cancel the missing item. If a refund is required either in part or in full then this will be carried out to the best of our abilities and reasonably practicable but in any event shall not be later than 7 days from the date of our notification that you wish this refund to be made.
1.5
When a delivery is made there may be certain restrictions in certain countries. These could include import duties and / or taxes from the country concerned.
Taxes can be levied to any goods on arrival at their destination country.
It is strictly the responsibility of the purchaser / customer to pay any / all taxes to the relevant authorities If you are unsure please contact your local tax office. It is possible that prices will vary from time to time. We reserve the right to alter any price from that shown on the site at any time without notice.
We will advise you by e-mail if you order a product that has had a price change. You will be given the option to cancel this item or pay the revised price.

Delivery of your Order
2.1.1
We deliver all orders by our chosen delivery company. The appointed courier (“Courier”) will require that there is someone present at the delivery address for the receipt of all items that have been delivered. The Courier will require you to sign for the delivery. You must supply a delivery address for your order to be delivered to, when you place your order.
2.1.2
We will deliver your order as one delivery unless we deliver the goods in instalments due to availability of products. Any delivery times given are for guidance only and no liability will be accepted for any delays. Any stipulated period of time for delivery shall start from the date your order is confirmed and accepted. We will deliver your order within 7 days but in the event that we cannot deliver your order we will e-mail you to arrange a new delivery time and date.
2.1.3
The order will be deemed as “Lost in Transit” if it does not reach the delivery address 12 days after the maximum delivery date given. In this situation the customer / buyer must advise Caffe-Society.com at least 10 days and no more than 14 days after such time. We will deliver the lost items within 14 days once notification has been confirmed.

Conditions and Returns
3.1
Conditions of Sale (“Agreement”) must be read and understood prior to ordering from Caffe-Society .com (“we”,” us” or “our”) from our web site
When you order from Caffe-Society .com you are referred to as the buyer (“you “ or “your”) and you as the buyer agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not accept to be bound by this agreement you are not allowed to order from this web site.
Your statutory rights are not affected in this agreement. We reserve the right to alter, change, suspend or terminate any or all of this web site without notice.
3.2.1
Once the goods are passed to the carrier or courier the risk passes to you the buyer / customer. You can cancel your order and return the order to us within 5 days from the date the delivery was made. You must pay for the return of any goods. You cannot return any personalised goods or perishable goods .We will make a full refund less the cost of postage that was incurred when items were sent to you within 7 days of confirmed notification made from the day we receive the goods back at our offices. All goods must be securely wrapped and with all original packaging including a written note as to the reason for return. All products must be undamaged and in its original condition and not opened or tampered with.Please note that any fees incurred by us from online payment services because of a refund will be deducted from the amount due, also any refund fees incurred by us from online payment services will be deducted from the amount due back to you.
3.3
All descriptions, weights, dimensions and products are given based on information supplied by manufacturers and their agents and are intended only to provide a general description of the goods. Accordingly, any such description shall not form part of this agreement
3.2.2
If Customs authorities whole or in part and for whatever reason seize any goods, we shall not be held liable. We shall, to the best of our abilities ensure that all products are correctly packaged and that any prohibited items are excluded. It is your responsibility to be aware of all up to date legislation regarding the import of restrictive products to the country of destination.
3.2.3
In the event of a return there will be a restock fee of 10% on the total price.

Limitation of Liability
4.1.1
This agreement asks you to agree that we shall not in any way or in any circumstances be liable for, including if we are negligent to you, 1) any damage or consequential or indirect loss at all, 2) any loss of profit, reputation, goodwill, business, capital, arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter.
4.1.2
Nothing in this agreement shall limit or exclude our liability for: 1) Personal injury or Death arising from our negligence; 2) fraudulent misrepresentation or 3) any warranty implied by the Sale of Goods Act 1979, section 12, 13 and 14.
4.1.3
We exclude all representations, conditions and warranties whether express or implied to the fullest extent of the law (by statute or otherwise) except as expressly provided in this agreement.
4.1.4
If you have a claim you must give us written notice of your claim with 1 months of becoming aware of the circumstances/reasons giving rise to the claim. With regard to item 4.1.2 (clause) above we shall not be liable for any claim that may arise from this agreement as stated in the said clause above.
4.1.5
With regard to Fire, Damage, Theft or Loss to goods delivered to you under this agreement, and with regard to item 4.1.2(clause)above where no limit applies to such liability you shall not make a claim against us to the extent that, as a result of any such claim our aggregate liability in respect of all clauses of action arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter ( whether in breach of contract and being negligent or any other tort, under statue or otherwise at all)
4.1.6
Caffe-Society will ensure as far as possible that any / all information given on its web site is accurate. We cannot guarantee that there may be mistakes or inaccuracies.
4.1.7
The terms and conditions given in this agreement, all sales made from the Caffe-Society .Com web site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
4.1.8
This agreement shall not be modified, supplemented, varied or amended except in writing and signed by each party.

5.1
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable to you for any delay in, or failure of performance of our obligations under this agreement arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control including, but not restricted to the following: Invasion, act or War, act of God, act of Government, Failure in information Technology or telecommunications, labour dispute, fire, flood, industrial action, explosion of civil commotion.
